Pasting issue i'm having and posted to the forums to see if anyone else here has any idea what the fuck is going on

I am having one issue, though. I am getting 1-2 second stutters every 1-2 minutes. It is quite frustrating and makes it very difficult to play. I have tried every combination of video settings with no impact on performance, duration or how long it takes to reproduce.
Disabling sound entirely on the game has made the stutter only show up once every ~10 minutes - a lot better than it wise but still quite annoying - and I have no sound!
Has anyone seen this issue before? I have tried updating / changing my sound drivers (Realtek) which had no impact at all.
