Holy priests are the PVE healers in TBC but you're pretty much casting the same spells so it doesn't make a huge difference. Resto shamans are great because chain heal is op and bloodlust is extremely good. But roll whatever you want.

Stunherald requires Nether Vortices from T5 but the previous form already has the stun proc and can be farmed outside of raids. Primal Nethers you get from heroics and they're BoP.

Hunter only starts topping charts once they get their legendary bow from Sunwell. Warrior and Rogue are both quite gear dependant.
