I can't seem to enjoy the 3ds. The 3d feature hurts my eyes, the pixels on the screen are the size of my thumbs and the graphics are piss poor. Its almost as if this is made for a younger demographic with a less developed brain that wouldn't notice such glaring flaws.

My question is do enemies give more experience on harder difficulties? I managed to plow my way through easy but I can't seem to do well in adventure mode because now all my other characters are underlevelled and getting ONE hero to the current max tales half my ruppies.

IIRC the exp gain difference was minimal, but it does give you a higher multiplier in the end for rupees and more materials/better weapons. Depending on how long it takes you to finish the level on hard it might be worth it for the rupee gain, which you can then pour into leveling.

So what exactly is the difficulty spike in regards to Hero and Hard? If Hero gives the best rewards would it be in my best interest to just skip hard alltogether and try to git gud and beat Hero or is that a feat that's just mathematically impossible with level 20 characters?
I imagine Hero mode is like end-game where it's only doable with max level characters, and even then it's hard as balls. I've never gotten to the end-game of a Muso before. I bought Pirate Warriors 3 but dropped it shortly after finishing normal and collecting all the tiles.

Yeah I'm using tier 1 weapons against the very first levels enemies and it's taking me like a whole buildup and a full muso to kill em. I don't even think a full b combo is killing the drones.
I'll just grind hard and get all the skullchulas and heart pieces, then go to do adventure mode once I "finish" legends and get all these characters to max. God knows I'll needs the stats and knowledge on how to play the characters.
Didn't they actually buff the base difficulty with legends to compensate with the new character switching mechanic?
One last question. Does the prowress of the AI controlled characters take into account how strong you leveled them to be? Like, I assume a level 30 AI will do more damage and take less then a level 1. So therefor it's important to get all the heroes to a high level for better survivability?

As long as they're not dying instantly on the higher difficulties and go where I tell them to go then I have no issues. All I care about in an AI is to stay alive until a superior human can take over.
When you first beat legends mode it tells you gold skullchulas will appear but only if you use a specific weapon. Is that for the weapon "type" or the specific tiers in that weapon type? Like, for the first level it shows the knights sword. Can I use the white sword I have since it's the same type?

Thinking of picking up one of two big Wii U games that I've missed out, Mario Maker or Splatoon. What would be the best choice?
Mario Maker seems awesome, but the main reason I haven't been playing a lot of games lately is because I'm too busy. I was trying to download a 13GB game. Most of the time it would throw the error after 20 minutes. But I put a VC game on the exHDD and played it while the game downloaded (thinking it would help since it wouldn't put it in idle) and it did help, I think. I got the game to download. But as it was installing it threw the error. I don't think my exHDD is compatible at all.
So SNES games are a thing on the 3DS now.
