Her value as an autoreloader is that she's the only one you can trade for, not that she was the best at it.
Best autoreload is idol Sakura, since she starts at 0 combo and comes with -1 combo.
Next are the other 0 combo ones. Valentines Anko for gun and Idol Kaede/Valentines Mimi for rod, off the top of my head. Might be more I'm forgetting.
After them comes Sadone and the others you need to combo into.
As far as skills, I think best are Xmas eve Miki and after bath Kokomi.

This event is pretty bad grind-wise. 1 million points to get the main prizes and 1.45 million if you want to get the extra badges. And all you have to use for getting points is a 80 difficulty quest.

Action skill hits hard, but only once. So good on bosses, but I feel like it will be of more limited use for wave clearing.
For friend skill, there are others with her same level of damage up effect, but I don't think anyone else has it paired with attack% up. So it could be the highest pure damage boost, yeah.
The 100% HP requirement seems annoying, though. Probably fine with a HP drain gun; but I think if you need to use a heal skill for it, then you'd be better off with a slightly weaker friend skill boost while you spam a stronger active.
Or just treat everything like onsen event and never get hit, I guess.
But that's all just my take based on the wiki stats. I don't have her, and haven't tried out her skill on a friend run.

As far as wave clearing goes, I have the onsen rod asuha so I don't mind sakura's skill having lower wave-clearing potential. I can literally finish the event battle normal 80 difficulty in 4 seconds by using Asuha's skill once which kills everything.

Its really not that bad, I'm already at around 300k and I barely did any grinding. Just use the 5 helpers every day, making sure to use all of your floral cards on the girls you are NOT replacing with the helper. Then I usually do around 5 additional runs later in the day for more point and increasing the repeat bonus.

I tried it for like 2 stages. It's kinda like it but instead of the heroes, your entire backrow is the enemy's target. Any bullets that gets to your end of the screen is counted as a hit against you but you can shoot down enemy projectiles. After that the game refused to boot the next day so I uninstalled.

If you're still here anon, the normal healer you get is one of the generic C rank healer just like the generic knights. Periodically they do a new player event where the generic healer is replaced by B rank old men Kuscah or Sorman. Right now, for the first time, they have an event that replaces the generic healer with SS rank Amina. You'll also get her job unlock materials from login bonuses over 10 days. People like to give her and Amimari guff because no Heal All, but I like them both a lot and they can actually survive once you get into the season two story chapters beginning with 31.

They mix things up somewhat as you progress. You don't always start at the bottom. I think the idea is to start out simple so players get a feel for movement and positioning before they start scattering you about. Regardless, you've got to start levels somewhere so there's no getting away from it to a degree.
There are a number of characters that have either passive skills to give you more time to move, or have active ones that can buff multiple characters. I think the max for stacking the buff is 4x, which gives you 16 seconds to move.

N5 and N6 orange tanks essentially have a permanent advantage in terms of pure base stats.
However earlier oranges and later purples are comparable until you promote oranges to 3*s where they then gain a higher level cap, access to tier 3 technology, and more slots.
Fate pins however allow both blues and purples to be promoted to 3* as well. Really expensive though. Also requires multiple fate pins to bring a blue or purple tank to level 99 cap. Still it makes the only real difference the base stats.
Technology selection and available equipment slots make a larger difference compared to pure stats as well. The Calliopes for example get access to the 3 hit rocket ammunition.
In the end, it depends on the particular tank. Fating them is essentially a labor of love as orange tanks get the least benefits, just their 90 level cap being bumped up to 99.
Generally though it's harsh bringing purples otherwise due to less equipment slots, no access to tier 3 tech, and lower level cap.
I still field one purple, IS-2 who is my second tank, and have beaten volume 19, mainly because of lack orange HTs.

10/16 in 5 rolls is great, especially if you got Sakura, Nozomi, Urara, or Asuha.
I rolled 4 times and only got Yuri, Kaede, Sakura, and Kokomi. Yuri is my waifu, and Sakura is super broken, so I'm happy. It could have been a lot worse, from what I have read in this thread alone. Grim Sadone is a decent spear main if you have no other options, but that's about it..
Doll Sadone (if you need auto-reload) and Animal Renge are the only cards that are worth buying as a tryhard. Others have niche uses (Animal Kokomi, China dress melee, etc) or are for cute only.

No. The nadenade gave you original armor posters, while nadenade while the student is wearing her anniversary dress gave you floral armor poster.
They will also re-open some old event, and you'll get the drop that you can give to the students for their posters. Cake for maids, candy for cheerleader, etc.
All of these are parrt of the 1 year anniversary event.

She's fun to play. Her S2 has a very high damage, and her funnel also recover SP. Her S1 gives a quick heal plus 50% active skill damage increase in the zone. Her motif makes her fast moving. Her passive makes you not to worry getting one-shotted by enemy.

Using autoplay and still stuck on the second to last stage of chapter 4. Shit spawns everything right on top of you so if you don't have 2+ CC skills you're going to take a lot of damage

Generally, if they're orange then they can be taken to endgame as long as it's not a stage with terrain or range that is bad for them. Its basically more about technology selection and purpose at that point, stats can always be shored up with better upgraded equipment.
I don't have most of your list as oranges aren't cheap to make, but yeah since it's all oranges they can all do well into lategame.
Most of your entire list is actually on the stronger side I think. T-34M in particular is one of the most common endgame tanks despite being N4. I guess I'll just point out the few that might have issues.
Light tanks are mainly for scouting, it seems Chinese endgame teams all feature one including 38(t), one of the earliest and weakest statwise disregarding detection. Any one of them you can use well, it's just not too worth it to take multiple ones since you only need so much scouting. Bulldog has far stronger offensive stats compared to most LTs, but less equipment slots which is a heavy tradeoff.
LAVs are meant for CQB on low range maps, mainly street. They're freakishly vicious on street maps, mainly due to the infantry attack from cabins. Wolverine is notable for being an LAV, but not having a cabin slot, it makes her a bit iffy for LAV purposes sadly. She has higher than average offensive stats, but the cabin slot is a big loss.
SU-8 and Hetzer are a bit weak statwise since they're N3. It's not a crippling disadvantage though.

By N3, N4, and such I mean the blueprints they take to make which you can see when developing them. They're a good shorthand for what part of the game they're for. The tank spreadsheet linked on the wiki has a column for it.
The first four specials drop N1 blueprints, the second four drop N2, and so on until specials 21-24 which drop N6.
Nobody's ranked the tanks, at least not in English. Checking out the spreadsheet can give a good indicator of viability for pure heartless statwhoring purposes.
Some tanks notably perform multiple roles or roles entirely different from their category. The AT8 ATG has defenses better than most HTs for example. Sd.Kfz.251/1 is essentially a rocket SPG with a cabin slot.
