Warpriest should only be used on bosses that specifically require hybridding, like DK's, KQ, maybe QBD if you really want to take advantage of the different skin phases, but I doubt that would end well.
Otherwise, just use specialized armour. Nex armour works fairly well, if you can't afford it GWD armour is the next best thing.

GWD armour has been declining for a while now, but even then 4 mill won't get the whole set. Full subjugation is over 7m, and Bandos is over 6.
You could always try killing the generals, they're not very difficult fights and they don't have any weakness so you can use ranged with your armadyl armour.

For example fragmentation shot and combust are 100-188% but they always seem to hit 3 different damages, shouldnt it be way more different outcomes?

For many years, I've tried to contact various Jagex Mods in attempt to resolve this issue yet was met without success.
I grew gradually disgruntled, how can any of them think that wasting thousand of hours of some one's time be acceptable and refuse to fix this issue?
I had chosen not to create a Reddit account for many years yet the sight of them editing Omid's account directly to introduce a fix angered me greatly.
I was never able to forget about this injustice, it would come vividly to my mind at every bad experience in life, every time I had to make a choice, 'to be kind or to be ruthless' I would be reminded of this act.
Today, I am successful both in RS and in life and I am often met with choices that can make or break a person's life, yet I can feel little empathy for the people I meet for I was never shown kindness when it mattered.

those you mentioned are pretty much the minimum where you can go by with bosses, however you do want things like supreme overloads, superior damage scrims, reaper necklace, accuracy/damage/adren auras, asylum surgeon ring, ring of vigour with adren pots. also titan and nihils at certain places where you don't need yak and SE void where you don't need the armor. also probably the most single important thing is knowing how to dps, BiS gear won't make up for having a shitty revo bar/rotation etc. you really need to know how and when to use your abilities
