Am I the only one who still thinks the size of these updates is way too high for what they are? I get it that this isn't just a bunch of patches to fix a few numbers in code or anything like that, but I've seen games that add about as much content as this upcoming update will, with sizes much lower.

If an SSD is already running dangerously low on storage capacity only from having one game installed, it is clear the SSD was not intended to hold that much data, i.e. games. SSDs, as they come nowadays, are generally intended only to hold your OS so it loads faster at startup. Not dozens of GBs for games. You can buy SSDs with high-enough capacities to be able to hold a bunch of games, but they are still way too expensive.

What's the point still? I get it that loading screens aren't exactly engaging, but for only making those load faster, I really don't see why you wouldn't use that money you spend buying an SSD over an HDD/Hybrid Disk for hardware that actually makes the game itself run better, like a better video card or CPU. Lowering the price and faster reloads to your T4 is a good start, but there still needs to be tweaks made.
Damage and falloff is awful when it means you have to be zerk tier close, welding may as well just not exist and those zed time skills are too weak for what its worth when you have nukes, spartans and sedates running amock.
I wouldn't even mind ammo being pricey and not plentiful if it meant actual good damage that didn't drop off after the first two zeds right in your face.

Its a real shame that its where they seem to fail at most. TW genuinely have some talented people working there, but these slow updates are really killing it.
