when the junk or damaged parts were announced, I was expecting to be in the line of "a drawback for something else" like a energy weapon having low ammo or low range, but the damage it does is stupid high like saying "the damage make the weapon to use more energy per shot but that give it extra damage" or a leg with low armor despise being mid or heavy but the lack of armor make it faster but still retain the high weight capacity that kind of leg has.

It's all CPU-heavy stuff, it actually runs better on those settings than on my other laptop with a dedicated graphics card.
The only issues I have are rendering dust clouds and some of the explosions effects (especially grenades) while recording, that gives me some stuttering. Still tweaking the settings.

I don't remember ever experiencing the first two, but what are you referring to with the balance? You know a Souls game has never had a balanced array of weapons, right? Bloodborne might be one of the most fair titles in the series in that respect, most of the weapons can take out cancer builds easy if you have the right gems or are just better then the opponent.
