Part 2 probably.
It seems Paradox will follow the same trend as the original trilogy as far as the pacing of each part.
Part 1 covers Ilias Continent and half of Sentora, part 2 will covers the other half and Hellgondo, part 3 will cover revisits of the old areas and some new locations hidden in areas already covered. In the original it was angel invasion in Paradox it will probably alternate realities and Apostatis versions.
We know that Promstein is working with Grangold so unless they have a major role as a villain in part 3 she'll probably be recruited after that arc.

I wouldn't be surprised if (instead of just strict flying revisits) we got a changed and worse world map for part 3, like the World of Ruin in FF6.

My idea for the progression of Paradox part 2 is as follows.

>Beelzebubs are already dead so instead of that it will be a choice between siding with Selene or the Navy for a ship

I would not be entirely surprised to see the HKs in part 2. Alma can be in Grand Noah, Erubetie in Undine's Spring, Tamamo in Yamatai, and Granberia in Gold Volcano. There's so much stronger stuff which is certainly going to be part 3 that I have to figure the HKs and many Queens in part 2.
And I don't believe those characters like Cassandra are dead, just beat up.
I get much of the same impression about the part 2-3 ending though.

It does seem likely we will fight Lilith in Alma's stead in Grand Noah though. Then later fight all 3 Lilith sisters in Succubus Village or the Monster Lord's Castle. (The "Lilith Orgy" attack Morrigan and Astaroth use in the Labyrinth really suggests to me a group fight at some point.)
And sadly I agree we probably won't deal withBlack Alice'sarmy until part 3. I do feel like we will tackle the 15th at the end of part 2.
I'm curious where and when the Next Dolls will get thrown in. And we may not even fight the HKs in the main game, they can still be JUST Labyrinth foes (like Remi and Rumi are). The Labyrinth can be used to offer the satisfaction of fighting certain characters without the narrative requiring you to.
In fact, I fully expect the 4 HKs, Lilith, Alice 15th, and possibly Ilias to join the ranks of the Labyrinth superbosses.

I've yet to play paradox, but if it's like what I think it's like, spi, rit, and the various versions of freddy could be summons. That's how Chrome fights, after all, she doesn't even bother doing anything herself unless the enemy's immobilized by her undead.

Chrome is a necromancy but that doesn't mean much. So far no one in Paradox can summon temporary party members. Frederika is her own character, Spi and Rit don't exist yet, and Necromancy is more like Blood Magic where it's all cast from hit points to summon an undead for a single attack. None of them can use binds despite her using undead bind attacks in her boss fight.

Summons at least have a CG so that puts them above most other magics, which I think just use stock animations, in terms of uniqueness. But magic in the game is sort of underwhelming in general at this point because physical damage has better scaling and is usually more resource efficient.

Erubetie can't wave a magic wand to save the Slime Girl's life, she just has to take the slime into herself, including probably weeks of the suffering of slowly dying. Now multiply that by several thousand.
And that's why Erubetie is angry, she probably has a literal full century's worth of nothing but suffering and death due to humans ingrained into her psyche.
