The warp speed rigs get mostly used on big ships so the sig increase doesn't matter, maybe introduce a increased warp cost
Warp cost rig should decrease your warp speed
Agility rig should increase your sig res

I think the mobility astronautic rigs (speed, agility and polycarbons) should give you a penalty that you can't just totally ignore when shield tanking
drone rigs are 100% not fine. there's no generic drone damage rig, we literally have web drone effectiveness rigs, and this set has the harshest penalties of any rigs - you can't just have a flat -% ship CPU, it's awful

For what? Ancillary uses 8 ammo that has a 60s reload time. Normal one doesn't, but heals less. You can combine the 2 but if you can only fit 1, Ancillary for PvP and Normal for PvE.
