From the sale I would say Nico, Loki, ANAD Angela, and Elsa are probably the top uniforms to grab overall.
If you are close to or are already doing world bosses, Daisy's Quake uni for Corvus is almost a requirement for the dodge ignore.

Bobbi's uni makes her better, but still not all that great.
Season 3 Daisy makes her 3* really useful, since you can use it then tag someone else in to get the 2x bonus damage, but does nothing beyond that. Her Quake uni gives her WB striker +20% dodge ignore. So if you're going to actually use her, then go for season 3 Daisy, if you're just collecting characters, her Quake uni would be more useful for taking down Corvus. Of course Daisy is cuter than Quake, while Quake has a nicer ass. Choose your poison.
Between those two though, I'd go with Short Hair Daisy, since it actually makes her viable, versus Bobbi which turns a mediocre speed into a just decent speed. Plus they might give Mockingbird an ANAD uni at some point.
I knew I wasn't imagining it. Hulk, Red Hulk, and Robot Hulk all have gotten bigger hitboxes so it's harder for them to get close to and through mobs, and enemy attacks can hit them easier.

BBW uni isn't all that much better than her AoU uni despite being 500 crystals more, so I wouldn't worry about it unless you like her visuals better than AoU Widow's. Quake is a must-have for taking down Corvus (and her mind immunity might come in handy for the inevitable Supergiant WB), but is inferior to her Daisy uni in an actual mission. Shulk's uni used to be amazing, but now that you can get guard break immunity from Obelisks, it's not nearly as useful. Still, getting guard break immunity on an obelisk is reliant on RNG, which is never in your favor.

Ronan, Floki, Red Skull. Strikers were BB, Carol, Blingpin, War Machine, and Elsa. Partially luck, Loki didn't get hit at all until after his second enrage, but mostly just shield/illusion/run/repeat.

Nah, even with the 6* and uni, he's still pretty mediocre. He's great against characters that are purely energy attackers, but the current meta is mostly focused on physical attackers besides Loki, and he's practically useless against physical attackers since his 4* and 6* don't do anything against them, and the rest of his moves are too slow and don't pump out enough DPS to make up for it. Plus his uni gets rid of the burn damage on all his skills which is a bummer.
He's definitely better than he used to be, and if you plan on using him, the uni is good to have, but it's not a big deal if you missed out on it.

My Loki has 65% dodge, so even the spin only hits me once or twice. It also helps if you actually run *into* the spin, so you come out the other side and keep running rather than getting stuck in front of him and dragged along his path.
