I think it's a relatively reasonable assumption to expect a pretty large tournament near the end of march to come with a trailer for character getting released by the end of march.

As you can see 2,4,5, 7 had pretty easy pools and those 4 pools ended up playing each other to make top 8. That is why the American players that finished below Sonicfox, Nando, Brent, and GO1 gave Tokido, Haitani, and Mago better matches. Whoever did the brackets for Final round fucked up.
