Upper Cathedral Ward is my favourite area in the game.
It's where the church hides its secrets, where it hides experiments to contact Great Ones, where it hides an actual Great One, where they experiment on children or pregnant women and where they make their Celestial Emissaries. It's full of people who couldn't physically handle enlightenment and became Brainsuckers. Add to that the darkness, sound effects and soundtrack, it's the absolute creepiest place in the whole game and the most atmospheric. I loved it.

Don't expect her to be nearly as reserved and dignified as the doll, though. She loses her shit every 5 minutes and it's pretty hilarious at times to see her behave like a stereotypical stalker girl.
But the base is the same: she's a nice girl who's madly in love with someone who doesn't return her affection, and she's a medium. And obviously they look super similar.
