What do you guys do when you're trying to revamp an OC? The mere exposure effect means I'm so used to seeing my own abominations that any deviation feels wrong, even while objectively better. Especially when it comes to hair combos. How much more gud must I git?

I think i have a better time in just making a completely new card, since i usually end up changing way too much of the card if i update it.
Although if i did some new face or testing out a new hair, i'd usually try it on and see if the look improves.

Other than pickup sex, the only way I'm aware of to get fired is abysmal academic performance of all of your students, and even that's just a rumor I've never experienced.
How many times have you installed AA2? Have you ever had a time where everything went perfectly?
Just preformed my third install. Gotta say the guides have made things much easier, in my day we find the answers with a torch and true grit.
Even though I've done it before, I'll still make a mistake here or there. This time, I spent a few minutes wondering why the DLC wouldn't take, only to realize that while the locale was set to Japanese, I had forgotten to switch the format. Apparently the first one is picky about that, the rest aren't.

I still use my original install from release. I fucked up a few of the DLCs when they came out and had to apply the Cadet patch manually, but it's worked pretty okay ever sense. I have 2 near-full backup installs, so if it ever got totally fucked I've got something to fall back on.

The public sex rule leaves out that the reporting class prez must not love you. If they have high positive feelings for the teacher, they still won't report/give game over. I've never seen a random high/highest virtue report a teacher.

For some reason the DoLLs hair isn't working for the back of one card. Also the wii fit trainer's front hair is the wrong color.

For the Hexa Clothing Collection, I have to use the Launchers provided for both the Maker and the Play in order to use it correct? Does this mean you cannot have HexaCC installed and use the Frontier Launcher at the same time?

I think that happens when you mess with the jg203_00_00 file. I think the way to fix it would be to reuse tantoo and see if you can get the skin back other than that I think you need to find a replacement file.

You can find and download tantoo, and just force the default tans to see if that fixes the problem.
If not you need a fresh "jg203_00_00" file from a clean install, which any kind anon with one can upload.I recommend you should always have a backup install so you can copy clean files in case something goes wrong.

Hongfire looks like a mess to me and have a hard time finding stuff on it, but I'll try to look it up.
In the meantime I changed her hair. I'm very happy with the overall body, but the hairs I want keep clipping out and generally being poor fits.

Iirc it's a part of the tantoo tans. You won't be able to install the regular tans woth the wizzard though, you'd have to convert them to tantoo format (which is pretty easy)
She needs lower eye position and less head length. Overall go more for uguu~ anime look than realistic one, since realistic characters suck ass, especially in this game.
Personally I don't like those bottom eyelashes, she might be better off without them.

There's a specific Lucy, from Elfen Lied, in the database. Whoever made it gets the horns just right and all. Problem is, it says 'modding required' but doesn't provide any further info. Horns won't look right if you just get the files that come with it. Help?

It's not hard to replicate something similar. Just go open "jg2e02_03_00.pp" in sb3u and change the hair texture and such to blank or white or something.

New version moved the top half of the dress out of the skirt, so you don't have that missing-body issue anymore. The old hardlinker stuff won't work for it anymore, as they've changed the underwear UV and textures.
