She's good with pretty much any adc honestly, except maybe Jhin. She's super great with adcs that can easily abuse her E, so Lucian, Cait, maybe Ez since it procs on his Q.
You can pick her into Braum because his shield will catch your bubble no matter where you throw it, and sometimes they're dumb enough to hop onto their adc for an easy double bubble, but it'll also stop your ult.
I probably wouldn't pick her into any other tank supports though.
