Hard to answer. Every weapon in this game is about as good as the next. Some shine in certain ways, others do less.
The skill weapons generally considered the best are the Church Pick, Saif, and Rakuyo, but every weapon with good skill scaling will work fine with your build. Use what you like, don't worry about efficiency.

Literally any dex weapon is viable for dex. Rakuyo's a solid choice though. Most here have done chalice dungeons but they're tedious early on. The gems in the end ones are worth it though since you'll hit noticeably harder.

Hamlet is just such a great final area for the game. All the build up, the whole journey up to it, and the unveil as you step through the clock-face: this murky, forgotten land sheathed in rain and spite. Both disappointingly simple yet beautifully relevant. This is Bloodbornes penultimate area? Some shitty, simple little town? But then, that makes all the sense in the world.
Bloodborne has a problem with being a tad over the top. The Hamlet is one of the few areas in this game where it's obvious FROM showed restraint: not in holding back what could have been done due to time or money, but holding back to avoid bloating the area needlessly.
And atop all this, the final reveal as you step out of the caves and into the light of the beach, with Kos's corpse sitting on the sand. The catalyst that started all. Ground zero. It's all so, so well done, balancing both the grand scale of the cosmos and the story at large, as well as showing it's earthly, simple origins.
Reminder that Yarha'Gul is the best area in any souls game.

If it had a few more floors and the staircase could be moved more than once to reach different floors it would have stuck out a lot more to me.
I'm kinda surprised no one is saying Central Yharnam. Maybe its because it's the first area and that makes it forgettable in some way, but when you think about the level design and how nicely it adds up with the visual design, it's a really impressive feat. I'm pretty sure it's the largest area in the game and it feels to me like one of the most circular ones too, with all those different paths connecting to each other both low and high. And the impressiveness only doubles up when you can stand in one area and from there be able to several other places you've been to or will be going to soon.
Tbh I'd say all the Souls games had the most impressive level design in their first areas.

I believe the gutworms in Silverbeasts are vermin that have grown or appropriated some organ. The colossal thing inside the Bloodletting Beast (if that's the wrong, correct me) is an old fucking vermin.
At the end of the day, they were probably some parasitic life form we got from the Great One blood, since, let's face it, we're pumping ourselves full of alien and inbred blood. Who knows what kind of diseases are present in it. Beasthood is, after all, a blood borne disease.

It's annoying; the chin affects the jaw affects the mouth affects the nose, and vice versa. It's tricky as fuck. I just constantly make a small adjustment, save, make another small adjustment, save, etc.
They still wind up always looking better to me from a diagonal view, though.
