No. Your focus should be levels. If you farm shadow knights you will make no progress on your levels nor loot. In fact, you will probably get ganked. Same goes for most good skeleton spots.
Get to 53. Kzarka shrine will give you a *FUCKLOAD* of money, so will serendia shrine. They're the highest base silver drop spots in the game.
Once you're 53 you will have so much cash you can drop money on those items or good enough items to max out your pre-endgame accessory items and then work on accessories.
You have to be aware that endgame accessories are typically the last thing everyone does when grinding purely pvp without lifeskills, and the thing people spend the most time on right now.

Remember that once you hit 53 you will be 2 levels higher than all the level 50 shitters at shadow knights and skeletons. That's the same as a level 50 fighting level 47 players. There are hidden evasion stats you get from levelling up which allow you to naturally school people below your level, which is really helpful for grinding accessories. I JUST got my final piece of my endgame gear, the ogre ring, and doing it this way was much easier than fucking around with those accessory grind spots. Level 53 takes priority imo.

It's all well and good saying someone should, but this is the entire point of fluctuating prices. In the first week I would make 1 mil a night processing pig or lizard hides all the way to fine. Due to the increase in price, and the increase in end product supply, this is a market that no longer offers the same profit margins. As such I had to find a new market, this is an okay thing, it encourages players to search out a niche at the time.
This system would be ideal, but it's unfortunately undermined by the fact that fishing is a source of constant income as it's entirely static and NPC based. It is an easy way out of hopping between trades to make a profit.
