Obviously, I should be looking for a useful unique for her, but in the meantime, is there a more optimal stone setup I can use in a Butt/Luka/Silla line? I've got a dark pen and crit damage stone, and could run up a green crit chance stone, but I don't know if I'd really be seeing more damage by replacing the dribble stone.

I took a bunch of screenshot of Vonchi's hypermaxed stats without stones, totems, or ace, at 1/2/3 stack of his active. Once server is up, I'll do the same with his EE and do a comparison.
I have a sickening feeling that his crit rate is gonna tank with the nerf to his AS and Clutch Moment, unless his EE stat gain is amazing.
Mamuru has potential to place fairly well. Word on the street is NSB is joining them. A couple of their players are at least champ level. One of them is a huge whale though based on past history, so it doesn't really count.I love club shit posting.

But a guaranteed s2 is still a very strong thing. There's many strong units you can only otherwise get by RNG. So now you have a way to get them, guaranteed.
As soon as s2 units come into scout though this form of mileage will be devalued greatly. I still think they'll do something with scout if they add s2 units to it. Either having another scout tab for "premium scout" that refreshes slower or something, or having a limited selection of s2 units available only, at any time.

My patience with BigBall is really wearing thin at this point. I'm still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for them to fix the balance issues introduced by the patch among others, but if things don't improve in the next month or two I'm definitely done with SS for good.

If I was in charge of balance, what I'd do is take William's first passive and make it apply on shoot only, and it no longer gives pen and only 20% crit. Then he's fine. He still deals huge damage with 100% fucking crit dmg, but he now has to work for his crits a little, and no free pen. Plus he can be stolen from without blowing up defenders that aren't hypermaxed with earth's cry.
Then make a compensation event. Everyone who has a hypermaxed William will be compensated with 200 d-stones, 300 crystals and 2x 5-6* s2 boxes. Those who have a non-maxed William will get let's say half that. In this way, those who are truly invested will not be hurt so badly. I think this is more than generous since it's like $200 in free shit you get. If you're still butthurt after that then just fucking quit the game and fuck off, fucking cancer abusers.

No, neither of them are going to crit on their own merit and Uriel has a built in attack up buff. Ravian can wear nothing but dark stones that don't help her a whole lot while Uriel can wear PoL, WoM, or Earth's cry which will further help her damage out a lot more than Ravian.
