I kinda get the feeling that current-Chloe would be the kind of person who might adopt something like a semi-feral goat that escaped from a farm yard a few towns over.
It would just be like a goatbro, kinda like "Gary the Goat" over on YouTube. Mostly just chills in the backyard eating whatever shit it wants, kinda low maintenance in that way. Kinda scrappy, just like Chloe. Sometimes it escapes and Chloe gets angry phone calls from neighbours down her street who have come home to find the goatbro nibbling on their clothes on their washing line. She likes its "I don't give a fuck" attitude.
I imagine they would have met one day at the junkyard. Chloe would have just been chilling, weedin', and goatbro just showed up. Chloe offers it a bit of a sammich and they become best friends. Speaking from my own experience:
The time between Episodes 3 and 4 was full of speculation about what was causing the storm since it was happening in two timelines, also what Chloe would do when she meets Rachel again. The time between 4 and 5 was magical and full of talking about how Max would fix everything, if her and Jefferson would get into some time travel fight, how many endings there would be, what will happen to the other characters.
I miss it dearly.

The disappearance of posters with names/trips also make it seem like the threads declined. But considering the game is over and the discussion topics are now relegated to filling in the blanks or creating interesting ideas, I think we're doing fine. Especially since the initial anger and disappointment faded. We're all still annoyed obviously, but it doesn't fill the threads like it did.

It just struck me how different the look Max gives in each ending are.
In the ending where Chloe dies, she looks like she's about to go insane or off herself.
In that, she looks calm. She knows what's ahead will be tough, but she will make it.

On /v/ a lot of people shat on it saying that it was stupid one of the sentences at the end of the game is the title of the game, but I haven't heard that.

Yes. I did see the buildings, damage is what the EF scale is based off and why I concluded it was a 2 or 3 based on what we saw.
A diner made of sheet metal was still standing and it didn't look like it exploded when they drove by it (Perhaps due to actual Chaos Theory where a small change made resulted in it not exploding)

What that ending fails to show is the psychological turmoil Chloe slowly succumbs to over the years, sinking deeper into drugs and drink as the realisation of what they've done gets to her.

Absolutely not! Chloe realizes how much of a shit she has been and how she almost died in a miserable state. She knows people love her now and that she can do a lot better in life, and she shall. She will better herself, enjoy life, and be there for there for Max in whatever way she is needed.
Chloe is strong and they would have no way to even know the storm was related to Max's power unless Max actually went back and let Chloe die. Otherwise it's just a theory and one with little basis.

It's already been said there's no proof her parents died. You can mention whatever bullshit about how the buildings looked, it means almost nothing.
But it would be a certainty that Chloe would die in the bathroom. Do Joyce and David deserve that? Joyce to have her last reminder of William gone and buried in the plot meant for her? David to have someone he cared about taken away, another reminder that he failed his job as a father and as someone tasked with protecting the school?
Max doesn't deserve it. To have her best friend die and have en entire week of events nullified, leaving her as the sole bearer of the memory of all the awful events that occurred.
And above all, Chloe doesn't deserve it. To reach an epiphany at the very end, just die alone in a bathroom not knowing people cared about her and still being worried about Rachel.

Logistically, you make perfect sense. There's no way a tornado like that really could have killed everyone.
But this is a game, and that's what Square was heavily implying. It's either the town or her. David is alive for sure after the storm, I'll grant you that. But with the death of Chloe and Joyce, I doubt he will be for much longer.

It didn't pop out of existence. It formed like any other storm does. Weather changed, it got dark, winds picked up, etc. Tornadoes are not unheard of in Oregon and weather stations would have picked it up and reported it.

That is really grasping at straws.
The message times are in the game and were being used to relay information from other characters to add to the story and have been consistent throughout the entirety of the game. They picked the times they were sent. They could have had Max get it while driving or right as she gets out of the Dark Room. They didn't. .
There are some inconsistencies with dates, but those are not important and just serve as background information.
And even if the times were meaningless, Max was passed out for a significant amount of time (Long enough for Chloe to drive to the lighthouse and then carry Max up the hill while she was in the nightmare) it was only after they were up there that the storm makes landfall. Again, more time for people to decide to either takes shelter or run.

If they hadn't done so already it's most likely because they were unable to. The storm was chucking heavy debris around well before it made landfall. Unlike Max the other people in Arcadia Bay don't have the convenient get-out-of-hell-free card that is the rewind power.

Max had no problem driving into town, and plenty of people were in the street walking away or watching.
I'm not going to abandon logic, things I saw in the game, and reasoning just to give into some bullshit notion that 'everybody died and it's Max's fault'.
Even then Max would have no reason to think that a storm caused by her messing with time would be undone by messing with time further. Chloe's line about it's her fate came out of nowhere and was probably just to give Max a chance out from feeling any guilt over what happened. Again, no reason for Max to think Chloe's death would change a thing.
Another thing that cannot be blamed on Max would be her choosing Chloe's survival. For the most part Max used her power to help people throughout the week, and in return was shit on mercilessly. You'd be insane to expect her, or anybody else for that matter, to just give up someone she loved on a chance that it might fix things.
