There was some Alycone in KDNF that spent somewhere around ~330k invites in Slayer Mode Grandine and the only epic they had 100% fragments towards was Superstar Necklace. I think they had already found it multiple times too.

Since you get all fragmens you basically get no fragments at all, and when you can finally craft one epic you will already have almost 1000 shards for every single epic in game.
