It's basically a psp that can play Vita games, provided your on a specific firmware. There's a few emulators here and there, but they all run under the PSP emulator and not natively unless you're using rejuvenate which requires you to hack your Vita every day to keep using.

In a sense, both of them are equal.
Graphically, Resurrection looks better and the Predator Styles gives you more mobility options. It's still a remake of the first game, so it has the same pacing issues the original had and lacks several of the new aragami from Rage Burst.
Rage Burst is still the better game that you actually appreciate more after playing Resurrection.At least that's how I feel about both games.

I have fun playing around with the garment grids, accessories and dresses combinations for each characters. And don't get me started with the Fiendmon aspect, it doesn't help that almost every creature has a small story.

I dunno why people want it on PS3. The only valid argument for wanting a PSP version is its portability, and a PS3 version would defeat that. Besides, a PS3 version would sell even worse.
Anyway, the PS3 version of the Kiseki games are PSP remasters. Sony doesn't allow those to be released here. Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD works the same way (it's playable in PPSSPP), and Capcom was never able to get that released.
