That's because the way defense works means your base stats will protect you through hard. Get some units and even VH is 1 damage 1 damage 1 damage for mostly everything outside of AQs.

"Vendor" traditionally means to sell something to an NPC. 10* weapons sell for about 1k to the NPCs, while grinders sell for 400.
So if you just want raw meseta, you're better off converting the 10* weapons into grinders and selling those instead.

They can also be converted into FUN at a rate of 2 Excubes per 1000 FUN.
