Looking through the code for BYOND, it doesn't seem too bad at all compared to shit like RPGmaker (which I can equate to be similar) and Xcom 2 modder's tool (haha, fuck reading what does what for 2 days straight and making a flow chart with what did what. At least it was organized). I hope I'll help implement some shit for you guys while I'm still enjoying this shit.

Replace the big N2 tank the vox start with a N2 equivalent of a extra capacity air tank like paramedics have. Most Vox keep that big one in their suit slot which makes treating them a pain because pulling it their exosuit makes the tank fall off because it can't go in a pocket.

The drugs never run out, sleepers have an inbuilt limit to prevent overdose. The downsides are they can't do anything for people in crit apart from inaprovaline injections, and toxins or bleeding can't be treated there.

I know that, I'm just giving a recommendation on how to make vox wear their suits less and adding a small complaint to make it seem legitimate.
For real though, making Vox N2 tanks pocketable and removing the suit slot on their soft-suits would be a good tradeoff if people want them nerfed.
The few times I've played Vox I never gave a shit to remove the suit because using a smaller tank that runs out after a short while is a pain in the ass compared to the one that fits in my suit and lasts forever.

You have a good amount of inaprov in your system after cloning. It's why you may hear a bubbling sound when putting a new clone into cryo - that's the inaproc reacting with the anti-tox a lot of people put into cryo. It might have kept you alive for a while.
So a series of events just happened when i joined that ended up in me being deader than dead in like no time at all.

However with how fragile slimes are. giving them absurd regen instead of Diona would be balanced. I'd always thought that Diona being able to regen so fast was stupid, making them take less base damage instead of healing it incredibly quick would be a more even handed method in my opinion.

This list makes me question a little about how much you know about slime people and the code behind them. This list is more or less a complete change from what they already are.
I have no idea how the code would handle the no metabolism thing. Not to mention it would be a massive pain and cut you off at the knees because this PR I am making has you making a few very strong chems all from your lab.
I am for the slime emotes. Also changing your slime color from interacting with other cores seems cool and we added some code just before that would make this easy. however the spriting side of this seems like of this seems like it would add a lot of bulk to the code for little benefit.
The energy thing seems like a cool micro but is miles above where I am able to code too.
Also your list of cons for the race are crippling.
an increased weakness to cold is mad, having to micro your energy to stop from dying while in the lab seems painful
slower than human movement speed is already a thing. Funfact hyperzine slows slime people. A base walkspeed is the fastest you will ever move.
weaker melee and the increased damages are just begging to have you fucked in the ass from every antag.

Like I said that list was some old ass shit I wrote up between 1-2 years ago when someone was just asking for random ideas. I really don't like most of the ideas looking at them now, I mostly posted it in the hopes that someone sees something on there and gives ideas to make something better. Honestly these days I don't know what I would want for buffs besides anything that would give future possibilities for alternatives to slimes in xenobio that would be dangerous for a normal human to do.

Warden used to never set foot on the station. Successful prison riots were always amazing back then, when you finally got 3-4 assistants and you overwhelmed the warden and took over the station. We need to curb this behavior because it doesn't promote good and skilled player base like in the days of old. Now all you have to do is post about yourself sexually constantly and others will follow until your following is big enough to reach waifu of the week status.
Back when I started going to /vg/ there was waifuposting, but it only happened to very skilled and knowledgeable players who were proficient in their departments.
The waifuposting we have now is much more different as we have had players less than 4 months become daily gossip in our threads.
