Everything depends on ratios.
Eyes are placed too far apart, and too small for the head. A good ratio is 5 eyes wide from ear-to-ear, 4 eyes wide if you want it to look uguu mangu kawaii chibi desu.
Shoulders aren't wide enough either so it looks uncanny. Make the head smaller or the body taller to offset the difference.

F2P isn't "behind" premium really. Premium is only about 2 levels ahead of F2P at any point. You'll hit level 45 during the last story quest with premium, and without premium you'll hit 45 at the end of the last story quest
