YGOPro is an automated simulator.
Salvation is an simulator that updates with new cards a day or so after they are revealed (other simulators typically take much longer to update), but suffers from several bugs.
Devpro is another simulator, with laggy and unstable servers that lack a competitive ladder.
All are free to play.

Yugi from the present tells Judai that he can face the strongest duelist and sends him back in time to when Yugi was at his prime, right after Battle City.
In the last turn of the duel Atem special summons a 5K Slifer/Osiris.
Judai can choose to either end his turn (sending the god back into the grave) and leave Atem with no outs to his 3000 ATK Neos (or 3400 ATK Flare Neos) and 4300 ATK Shining Flare Wingman or use this once in a lifetime chance to fight a god with Neos.
No one really know what happens then because he never actually declared an attack.

Season 4 starts off with Judai skipping classes since after fusing with Yubel, his body has become strained which tires him. At the same time, after a mysterious student who claims that he's always been enrolled despite nobody seeing him shows up and one by one students start vanishing and Judai goes to investigate. The cause of these disappearances is due to them jobbing to a man wearing tight leather called Trueman who banishes people to the world of darkness if they lose. Trueman is actually a personification of "darkness" inside people's hearts i.e sadness, doubt, depression so he shows up and duels you if you feel sad or doubt yourself. Judai takes out multiple of them in duels since Yubel protects and encourages him from their brainwashing.
The climax is when the whole world besides Judai(and apparently Kaiba) are the only ones left on the earth after everyone is absorbed into the world of darkness.
Judai duels Trueman's boss, Darkness and defeats him using Divine Neos which frees people and kills Darkness.
Afterwards, Judai skips his graduation ceremony and meets Yugi all grown up who says that he lost something and he needs to find it so Yugi sends him back in time to duel his past self(which happens sometime before Millenium World since Atem is still alive).
See this video for how it ended. Judai ran off into the desert and that's how GX ended.

I can understand why Damage Juggler is run at 2. At 3 it can be cloggy when you want combo pieces instead of Jugglers in your hand, but the same could be said about Wavering or any of the traps. Plus, as a searcher, Juggler can put the breaks on the opponent as well as set up for a devastating combo as the best goddamn Hand Trap in the game.
With all due respect, I think 3 Juggler is the way to go.
