1) We're significantly increasing the matchmaker preference to pit 5s against 5s, and 4+1s against 4+1s.
2) We're changing the matchmaker to reduce the number of lopsided matches, and wait a little longer in queues for games
3)We're changing pro-level matchmaking so queues are longer, but they are more likely to face Challenger+
This should fix many of the concerns about Dynamic Queue

They hadn't rebalanced her passive around other game modes and at the time a lot of its stacks came from cs'ing instead of simply a timer, and she was severely underbalanced in general, partially due to a bug on her E. 1) Push - It's unlikely Swain will max W first so he lacks wave clear and he isn't the best champion to farm under turret with. If he uses his ult ton push he will be OoM constantly
2) Outrange him - Not as quite easy to be done but his range isn't the best right now
3) All-in when his CDs are down - High Risk High Reward. Swain should be using his E and Q on CD to harass but if for some reason he use it on a minion go to town with him
