It just seems like the difficulty of maps Ive been on arent able to be completed by beginners. Ive done some hard jumps. Ive done some impossible things to bypass having to do certain things on certain jumps.

Yeah, 4starters goes up all the way to expert level, but if you liked playing the easy courses check out cube.
Adventure has some jumps that are pretty annoying because the map is so old but they aren't that hard if you know how to do them, watch a walkthrough on youtube or something.

Single-rocket syncs are easy enough that you should be able to do it without too much of a problem.
The pogo descent is literally two rockets on the wall to slow yourself down, then you just continue on the ground, I wouldn't even classify it as a pogo descent since it's so short.

Pogo descents aren't easy, but the one on adventure is literally two jumps. There's plenty of room for error.
And you can touch the ground for that sync, you just can't stay on it for long. You have to time the rocket yourself instead of being able to look up and watch it descend.
Adventure is a poor map, not because it's hard, but because it doesn't teach you anything.
