Now everyone gets retinue points from buildings(that way lords with high and developed demense can field better larger retinues even if they are just a duke or even count, while weak king with small shitty demense can go fuck himself) I also made retinues smaller, 20-50 men. Now the quest is how can i limit barons and other shit vassals from making their useless retinues? I want only counts and above to be able to make them. Please help

So I am playing as Jianzhou and hold many Korean provinces. The Japanese are at war with me with their initial war goal of conquering Jeju Island being achieved very early in the war. Now all they do is blockade me.
