I believe you'll have to replay the end scene once even if you've already beaten the game to unlock the portal in the scene recollection room which leads to the after game content.

For a free VN it is really good, my experience with it was harmed by the arbitrary first choice: whether to stay up and be a bernd and post on the german imageboard or sleep. The bernd choice is auto loss so I spent hours trying to be a german shitposter and actually play the game. I did find that punishment of imageboard culture funny I got distracted by other stuff on my backlog.
The game is funny and does a good job at catering to german internet culture, the issue is that while the translation seems very good as in reads very well in english: a lot of the humor is based on: German culture, celebrities and language so the game is a lot better for native German speakers.
Anyone got any good game recommendations involving monster rape? Preferably Sprite based, something along the lines of VH, Ariadne, Tobihime etc.

I downloaded the Citizen Justice League from the gotw pastebin, but when I turned it on this error happened.
Now, I tried to download it again and extract it in the same folder, but it didn't let me overwrite that one file. It said that I needed admin permits to delete the file. I still tried to delete it as an admin, but it still says I need some permits to delete it, making it impossible to overwrite.
I have japanese locale too, so that's not the issue.
What can I do?

Thank you for your troubles.Also, this wasn't the first time I had this problem where I extracted a game and some file got corrupted like that. Do you think it might have something to do with the program that extracts the files? I am currently using winrar.
Here's the (more or less) full English translation for RJ164217. It's missing a few lines here and there that the translator tool didn't extract, (such as the sound menu) but they're pretty inconsequential. The story and H-scenes (a.k.a. the important stuff) should all be there.
The game itself should be up on nyaa, though since it came out fairly recently there are probably other active links. Anyway, enjoy.

The protagonist then meets a demon who teaches him how to hypnotize people and sexy revenge shenanigans ensue.
Don't let the male MC and the focus on hypnosis dissuade you though. It's probably Clymenia's best game overall, and the hypnosis isn't full mind control type stuff (which is kinda boring IMO) but more like subtly changing the characters' behavior through suggestions (Like making the aunt believe that she can calm herself down if she fondles her nipples and then intentionally pissing her off)
Anyway, I'm out of Clymenia titles for now, so I'm open to suggestions for what to do next. I *was* kind of thinking of taking on Princess Sacrifice since there seems to be a lot of demand for it, but apparently it eats translators or something.

I recently played through Vampire Fuck with VNR (doable, although obviously not optimal), and it was a great, great game. Battle Fuck, too, which is rare these days. Not to mention a semen demon protagonist. No ryouna, no stupid mindbreak, she loves the D from the start.
Animated (a bit) "combat" moves, a couple of brief cutscenes, and a hilarious story where the titular vampire girl runs away from home because her beloved onii-chan arranged a marriage for her.
Gameplay is more quest-based, like VH, with the protagonist taking on requests from the Adventurer's Guild, and often solving those in adventurous ways... if you know what I mean. Some people catch onto that quickly, resulting in even more sexy times.
I wouldn't even be interested in a TL myself, as I've already played it. I just want to get it out to more people. It's THAT good.

I'll add instructions for patching a translation the next time I post one, but really it's super basic shit that can be found in the OP. You need a decrypter program to gain access to the data folder that you can then overwrite with the translation.
Thanks for all the suggestions on what to work on next, I'm still looking over them. Princess Sacrifice doesn't look too hard from a translation perspective, but it's made in some kind of poorly supported jap VN engine, so it's hard to find a way to extract text.
