The odds of having your turret knocked out permanently should be lower the fewer turrets you have - so the Ognevoi would start a match with a far lower chance for turrets to break than, say, the Aurora. But the percentage should also change dynamically throughout the match.

At Closed Beta Kitakami was tier 8 ship which most beater considered op, 5x5 torpedo placement in each ports, but nevertheless BBs and CVs can kill her, my personal experience with playing with or against Kitakami was exciting, defeat her was easy to hard, the only way to defeat her was to outrange with artillery of Cruiser or Battleship.
