You missed the midget event by about a week. Has a 50% water summon. Next best would be Leviathon summon, which you want to get 4 of for your magna pool. Other than that just hope for another event with a water summon or start rolling gems in the gacha during summon time up, but I'd not recommend that unless you're desperate.

Farm the tier 1 material in these low level daily dungeons, then exchange them for higher tier ones in Seirokarte's shop.
Will take a while before you can lb them but you have to deal with that at low rank.
