This'll upgrade a low rank soldier to A++ usually, for higher rank soldiers it CAN change SOME S-ranks to S+ ranks, but not all of them. in order for this to happen they have to be a higher value of S-rank to begin with.
This guy here was originally an S-rank, but I extracted him as a puppet and defended an FOB a few times, now he's an S+.
Note: QT's can only get medals of honor and distinguished service medals.

Defenses are more reliable and give as much progress towards a service medal than infiltration.
The best way to get a bunch of defense requests is to refresh the list of people to support until you find some sub 1000 esp rank people, they'll get invaded through retaliation pretty regularly and if their not online it's your turn.

After mission 41 the story fucking froze and refused to progress. I dicked around a bit as supposedly would help, and it did. The game gave me Mission 43 and some tapes after that and I'm fucking frozen again. Done almost all the REUSED missions and some boring ass side ops. How the actual fuck do I make the game continue the fucking story this is abslute garbage. I don't wanna do all this side bullshit, just let me finish this fucking game so I can waste my life on other garbage.
