Most people who play Skyrim can't mod it for shit. They have awesome graphics, but the gameplay is abysmal.

Ah I get you. Honestly I'm not a magic kind of guy, I only really find dual 1h/rogue fun and it's a lot of fun as it is imo. But that could be because I haven't tasted good mods before.
