They've been pulling this shit a lot lately, I guess it'll be the norm now. The early clears are possible to get for free if they keep the point amount at the exact thousands but they keep on going "Um no let's make it require an extra 200 points. Maybe they'll buy a drink pack :^)" I don't mind spending up to 2 drinks for an early clear occasionally, but I definitely prefer them not needing any, not counting when it's my own fault for missing too much energy.

Don't be silly, that's just rounding with more digits shaved off one than the other for some reason.
In any case, those numbers were gotten by simply taking the percentage of times you'd get a normal outfit (0.93) and raising to number of trials (10 tickets). That's the probability of consecutively getting that result that many times.
