She blames you for Asgore's death, but doesn't cause any trouble in the underground. Papyrus mentioned she's ranted about a stupid plan to get a soul and use it to cross the barrier and beat you up, but he doesn't think it's very serious. She only overthrows Toriel if you kill people.
