You have alot of run on sentences that need split up and the paragraphs need far more breaks.
As a begginer it's ok to say what characters are doing but you should always aim to
"Show, not tell"
Aim for that.
I.e., saying a character felt this way or felt that way isn't as good as showing it with body language, how they interact with the world, etc.
