Like I said, it was only a list of usable legendaries, and things I would get first before buying a PoME for 600 d-stones. Almost any other d-stone I understand too, especially IC, SC or WoM. Lucian I own, and while he can use PoME it's not worth 600 d-stones to get one for him. He is tanky enough for PvE without it and for PvP it does not really make a huge difference.
I mentioned Jin since he is the only useable GK with multiple WW slots, which makes PoME much more useful on him. Everyone else can use a 6* WW action speed CR stone to get almost the same CR (3% less) and only 15% DR less.
15% is a lot, but not worth 600 d-stones. That's literally my entire point. Not a bad stone, just not worth 600 d-stones.

Lucian and Jin have the same exact slots and its damn needed on Lucian who only has 15% DR and then potentially 12.4% if you use the dark DR stone.
Meanwhile Jin has 30% and then 12.4% if he uses the DR dark stone.
It's well worth it on both of them. If you feel lucky and think you will get it spending 6million gold per try then that is for you. WW stones are very niche outside of WW focused teams to spend that gold imo.

Just having your striker get a 30% attack buff is worth it if it puts you into a OHKO territory.
On top of that she is a 30% reflex totem and has damage reduction built in. On my team she was an obvious upgrade over my Duke.
What color is your team? Not all teams can get the ball to her reliably, so she isn't automatically good on every team.

First off your mid is complete garbage. One fully superbed attacker on the side is enough to break through it. You don't even benefit from using Lia and Meiran in the midline because if the enemy outspeeds you which they will with Meta/Beth for example you won't gain their benefits.
Second your backline is shit. Your crit resistance doesn't change the fact that your only way out is a one superb Kiki and you have no other totems to help your scenario.
