Is VIT the way to go for Stella? Or will it bite me in the ass more if I can't take down enemies in one hit to save time? The Thick Clothes VIT buff at times seems better than the STR buff.

It's stella's dungeon. Just pack the bits with the highest numbers on it, pair her with the scout with the best observation, and pray to the RNG, because that's really the extent of the strategy when it comes to that minigame.

I don't know the specifics because I don't view the logs that often because stella doesn't die after I started using this strategy about halfway through rb2 stella (worked smoothly end to end for rb3 afterwards too)
Skills you want (via stones or skills);
PRIORITY: avoid traps
secondary: counter, paralyze, various heal things (attack hp steal, afterbattle heal, random heal, etc...)
Stat prioritization;
Weapons/Armor with SLIGHTLY less str/vit can be more effective when they have +luk/+luck lvl.
those are flat level increases and level up stat gain modifiers respectively by my understanding
e.g.
A: 200 str +3 luk +2 luk lvl
B: 225 str + 1 str + vit lvl
A is better.
However, also pay attention to "primary stat" relative gains
so in the scenario
A: 200 vit + 10 luk
B: 300 vit + 2 str
B is better
I don't have any solid numbers for this; i.e. only switch when new primary stat-old primary/old primary > X% etc... but basically sometimes you skip a floor's items all together if none of them have good luck boosts, but generally speaking you either never or almost never (I don't remember exactly) skip 2 floors of gear.

Most of the CGs I see being reposted are the ones I spent an hour ripping and putting on Nepgen when they didn't have a side component. I had to convert them to JPG from PNG because of size constraints. I'm not sure if someone actually ripped a full set.
