Why do people call her bad again?
People use Saber Alter because she has 50% more NP damage than other servants, and because she has damage buffing skills.
Tamamo Cat has 200% more than Lancelot, 350% more than Alter, and 400% more than most servants. And while not as good as Alter's prana burst, her monsterous strength is pretty good.
You might argue that Herk/Vlad/Kintoki has the same multiplier, but they're only single target, meaning 1/3rd of the damage. (Though they are obviously better because of raw dmg, and since most boss rounds are mob/boss/mob)
Like her only downside is that she has a quick NP, but that doesn't really affect the NP damage multiplier.
Franken even has 100% more than Tamamo cat, which is just rad
