Until books come out I think shaving 2 turns off his CD is pretty good. 23 turns is a bit easier than 25, even if it's just a bit. Once his books come out it should, in theory, be even better. Especially for raids

Main issue I have with the CDR sockets in general is how many you need to get the effect going. At least with stuff like healing or orb rate boosts you get some effect right away, and even that 100 per turn heal has given me extra stalling turns at times.

I managed to get a BB drop at 30 stamina with 2hp left and I managed to get MC Hopper on 40 stamina with a single gem, so I'm pretty happy I get to finally have some raidbosses. I can't wait until Mihawk returns, I need him for my slasher team to finally be based. I'm just happy I can do the raids. I'm gonna definitely try and get more Choppers tonight though but probably just run 30 stam and see if I get lucky.

You probably use SWS to block the first hit then GPU right before the second.
Remember, if he drops below 20%, even though he attacks every turn, he only hits for around 9k instead of around 10k. I only beat him on JP because of that 1k damage difference.

Monster Chopper really is baby's first raid boss. I did him twice last night drunk, while I couldn't get BB sober. He's a joke but the exp is good tho
So, if I have max gpu and jozu, the safest 60sta doffy team I can make is double mc, arlong, GPU, jozu and? Mihawk? I don't know if I can stall 17 turns with mc. I also have a max perona, how many HP should I have to tank a hit with her special up?
Now that we are alive again, daily reminder before the Doffy shitstorm hits:
SAVE DOFFY COPIES FOR SOCKETING
Since Doffy is a 60 stamina raid, you need a LOT more gems to farm enough copies to max him out. If we go with the safe avarage, you'd need at least 14*5=60 copies of him, which takes 30 fucking gems. If you just use them to skillup before 4.0 hits, you'd need to farm about the same amount for socketing again.
So do yourselves a favor, and save 30 gems
