Hakuno is 4th ascended while my Halloween Iri is stuck at 3/4, unfortunately. That being said, it works fine with her since she's on a super star generating team and also has a high crit weight. I tend to alternate between Hakuno/Knight's Pride with her.

What fucking abilities are sealed in her base state? Her most powerful ability is Marble Phantasm and she can use it just fine in her base state. Her skillset remains exactly the same in any form, it just scales massively the more power she has access to which can happen EITHER by unlocking more of her own power OR with backup from Gaia. It's functionally the same, it's just one can only be unlocked by giving into her bloodlust (or TATARI shenanigans) and the other can only be received against an opponent more powerful than herself.
