Tamamo is pretty niche, kekalot is eh, not sure about Frankenmoe (and other new servants), Vlad works well in an art team (with waver for example), Waver is a great support, D'Eon can help with keeping a berserker alive but is pretty lackluster overall and Liz is a support that can deal decent damage.
