Yeah, after sans it's definitely Mettaton. He's not even a caricature of what he is in game usually, people just love to make him super loving and caring and selfless even though it goes against his personality 90% of the time. I think Chara cannot be absolved/saved, just like Asriel cannot, but isn't completely inhuman (outside of genocide). Whether this be on their own merit and/or because they're piggybacking off of Frisk, whatever. Anyways that's pretty much the best way to describe it. It make sense as to who's doing the talking on all ends than just exclusively one. This stitch shows somebody knows a bit too much for being just some generic narrator.
