They love Hakuno by default, but they're still not against loving other people depending on situation, like if they were summoned into another different way. She likes to play it off as a game, she drinks his blood at times, but in the end she can't betray her best friend and master by earnestly making a pass at Shirou and trying to take him. In order to get Rider in on the action, its not too difficult as its been shown in the past. Sakura isn't hard to take into these things as long as she doesn't feel like she'll lose her place. She's weak to compliments from Shirou, and as long as you make her feel like she's still the main bitch no matter what, she might be into some action with someone else. If you can get Sakura to agree, then Rider isn't far behind, since you just need Sakura talking to her to convince her to join you there.
Its just like when Sakura was nervous to show herself at the pool, so she wanted onee-chan Rider with her there to give her some confidence. I think that's something that happened anyway, but having Rider there does give herself more confidence at times.
Even if you're not dating any of them; but you offer to have a five way with them suddenly, they might still agree.
