There is nothing correct about it. The only way memeaxe would outdo Drake is if memeaxe has fully ascended kaleido. Not even a normal kaleido will do because he gets blown the fuck up by a SINGLE attack so he can't event generate 20% bar. And EVEN WITH fully ascended kaleido he's going to do one NP and that's it. Whereas drake can get multiple out.
