Only buy plat when you get a 75% discount. You can get those randomly as a login reward every day, they're rare though and last 48 hours and only for one purchase.
The only thing you need plat for is inventory slots for both weapons and frames, everything else can be gotten by just playing. Spend your starting plat on at least 1 warframe and 2 weapon slots, don't buy anything else, it's a total waste.
Plat can also be traded in-game. Some missions give you rewards that are worth some amount of plat (mostly void missions) and can be sold to other playes in the trade chat. It's very easy to make enough plat from that to buy slots, forma and reactors/catalysts (these are the only things really worth buying off the market) at a decent rate. If you're a natural jew you can make enough plat from idiots to even start buying cosmetics and shit. Some of the recent additions to the game are also so grindy to get normally that trading, then using your jewed plat to buy them are actually more efficient than grinding for them but that's not relevant for you yet.
Buying the Prime Access is a waste for you because you'll get equipment that you can't do much with as you don't have the mods to make it useful. The boosters also don't help much with the pitiful amount of xp you get at the beginning.

Rage+Vitality+Streamline makes it so that you get MORE (or nearly neutral) energy out of getting "killed" than defy drains on activation. The first few times you actually go up in energy from getting "killed" so you don't even need restores.
Since defy revives you at less and less health each time your energy will eventually start going down but that is not a problem. Every time you "die" you also get 13s of invuln.
This can revive you 12 or 13 times in a row without having to be reset which is much more than enough.
You have to reset defy from time to time (I do it after 5 or 6 revives when it revives me at less than 100 health or so but I'm paranoid, you can wait much longer) by activating and deactivating it. Since I'm retarded and I don't want to search for a safe place for long I just run around a corner and do it quickly, which is why natural talent is there. You can also use cloudwalker to gtfo and do it.
After resetting it revives you at 555HP again, which, with rage, will get you around 300 energy the next time you get killed so you can keep doing this forever.
I still need to make room for Handspring because knockdowns are annoying but apart from that this is all you need.

Oh yeah, forgot to add Primed Flow is debatable but I like having my 300 energy safety net for the few seconds I'm not in invuln between defy activations, energy leeches can really fuck you up.
Of course you can also switch out natural talent if you're sure that you can always find a safe spot to reactivate defy.
