If you're not up for autistic level of grinding, use cheat engine;
1. First scan for the value you have in the greed machine.
2. If only one result, change it to 999.
3. If not, donate one coin and try again.
4. Repeat step 3 until it works.

I think it more has to do with it's speed.
It goes by so fast and you can die so quickly compared to Isaac.
I LOVE Nuclear Throne, but it's hard to... savor it, I guess, and for a lot of people it becomes hard to talk about it when it goes by in a flash.

For some reason I failed to get Immaculate Conception after emptying the Angel Room pool twice with rerolls so it took a week to get that last pickup. Maybe it can only show up if you haven't seen Cambion Conception or some stupid shit like that. Meanwhile I've found Mega Satan's head five times so far.
Don't see why you even needed to pick up every item or why there's that pointless 'use the sun card with blank card' secret. I've had all the unlocks for ages.

R until you get Incubus from a Devil Deal. Other than that, you can work with lots of Battery items and Box of Friends. Few things can survive 6 Bob's Brains.

You do know they made that easier from the bullshit it once was, right? And you do know that hitting the time limit doesn't kill you, you just take damage every 10 seconds. Get yourself a strong starting item and then pray for Holy Mantle. Speed is infinitely easier than beating runs with Keeper.

Yeah, in principle I agree. In practice not so much. I had one amazing Keeper run with Swallowed Penny and everything. I also had max speed and was fucking tiny and fought Satan. I got hurt, I dropped a Penny and I missed the stupid Penny five times and then one of the stupid Leeches bumped into me. So yeah, Keeper's not just awkward to play, he's also the only character that can actually suffer from One Makes You Smaller. Oh and he only unlocks horseshit.

No and no. You beat a level by defeating all the enemies.
The closest thing to enemy respawns is the IDPD, but they only show up under specific circumstances, and 6_1 have enemies that can revive other enemies.

I wouldn't really say that, though. Lategame (looping) encourages rushing like crazy to survive because there's just so much shit to kill. If you still want to play tactical, getting the hammerhead mutation when it comes up will give you some breathing room.

I just made a huge mistake. I saw Tech 2 for the first time playing as Lilith and even though I know it's bad, I wanted to see what it did for her.
As it turns out, Incubus does not gain the laser, but it still applies the .65 damage multiplier. Needless to say, I gave up on the run then and there. I just closed the game. What the fuck, Edmund?

Okay peeps, the problem I have with this game and Nuclear Throne is that I don't know what the fuck I should be looking at when I'm playing. My character? Where I'm aiming? At the enemies? At what's being shot at me? Everything? I feel like a retard that I even have to ask but I struggle with this a lot
Why the fuck do my stats keep randomly changing? With Eve I had whore on and had 4 ticks of damage, then I picked up cricket's head and the ticks maxed out. I move to the next floor and now I'm down to 3?

Just practice and you'll get the hang of it. You usually want to be moving about a room avoiding danger and shooting whatever you can get at with minimal risk, that way you get more space to maneuver. Some enemies, like laser eyes, require more attention than others.
