I had some difficulty but here's what i did. I built a 1 unit room to the left of the 3 unit one. That triggers some dialogue and H after to trigger another one. Now you can expand your castle for a cost. Buy that and then buy a 2 unit room to the right. Personally i just went with an all Hunter setup for that room because of a skill. (Assuming that's what it does)
You don't have to do a full 1000 damage attack on bases unless you want more enemies or for the rewards.
You pretty much have to grind to level up your units so they can actually fight on par with enemies.
Recruit the beast girl from the left village by attacking after their base is destroyed.
Also, you might be better off only using the hero command skill [sends enemies back to the front of the castle] so your units can fight them again.
It's ADV under options for skip read-only or skip all.

I stop playing for the day when i unlocked the 3 space rooms so i may not have a good opinion on that, but 3 space rooms should be better. Traps have durability but the two 10k ones are indestructible. The pool slows them down and lowers their attack which last a short duration. The swamp has a chance to hit for 10~30 damage and slows them down.
On a side note, i noticed the 3 space ones are split into 2-1 and 1-1-1 units. I guess that would explain the difference between room, area and castle. Assassin sure get a nice 15% attack and 10% to both evade and damage reduction for having a room for himself.

Man, it's really hitting me how generic Mesu Kyoushi 4 and Chijoku no Seifuku were in terms of system. The latter at least had the camera system but that was hardly relevant to be honest. Ura Kyoushi's choices are more in the spying events and the fondling events than anything which ultimately raises the arousal/semen meter by -1/0/+1/+2. I like that Chijoku's scenes had took the fondling choice system from Ura Kyoushi and actually implemented them into CGs for scenes so you get to see the girls being fondled. Adds that charm of customization to scenes, like choosing the kissing options if that's your type of things.

I pretty much zoned completely over Chijoku's choice system, I liked the touches it added but very frequently it'd just come to pass that all three choices didn't interest me - for example, it'd be like "butt plug, dildo, or vibrators?" and I'd be like "none of'm". Kiss options are great though.
Not gonna lie, Ura Kyoushi is making me sweat with it's "non-linearity", there's a certain comfort in knowing you can easily see 100% of what a game has to offer without much trouble, with Ura I'm sweating whether I'm properly strategizing semen and charting rape courses.
