I'm using my shitty alt with cheatapk to gather stats on how the stocking drops work and my current hypothesis is that the Holy Night Sign CE doesn't multiply your base drops but instead grants a chance to get one additional stack per each base stack. The additional stack is about 60% the size of the base stack.
10AP base: 2; additional: 1
20AP base: 3+3; additional(s): 2
30AP base: 4+5+4; additional(s): 3
40AP base: 6+6+6+7; additional(s): 4
I've gotten different amounts of stacks with 1, 2 or 3 CEs, so it's definitely not a static increase in stacks but a chance of getting them. I've never gotten additional stacks with zero CEs so it's pretty certain that the base stacks are static and you will always get them.
Using the event servants grants additive bonuses to each stack, including the additional ones.
Phantom, Jing-Ke, Darius, Caesar, Robin, David: +1
