Let's talk about Soul of Sevens. For those few that started playing it, how are you doing so far?
I'm currently at chapter 13 which is in the tundra. Been carrying through with Mero, the M16, and the M500 for the most part. The previous roadblock of 12-2 I just sucked it up and used a medicine revive. I was alternating Stinger shots on each side of the room constantly, but the moment an unlucky machinegunner spawned I'd be killed while running back and forth.
I want to grind the character daily weapons since I managed a 9k loadout, but it appears apart from the first clear, blueprint drops are non-existent if you don't actually match with real players.

I'm just playing it really casually. Finally got the M16 so farming stuff isn't a total pain now. Really wish the 4* Assault Dress + wasn't so ugly since it's the best I have.
For anyone who's even newer than me, the M16 blueprints drop in Chapter 5 story while the M500 blueprints drop in Chapter 6. You can click on any weapon without completed blueprints to see which chapter they drop in.

Oh, was wondering when I'd meet her, she's the boss of chapter 13. It seems she was having some conversation with Electra during the cutscenes where they were making a deal though to which Electra agreed.
She was highly underwhelming as a boss though since I was using Astero and the M500. She literally died before I needed to reload my shotgun and was constantly stunlocked by me shooting her.

I'm at 1747 armor points for every character that isn't Mero or Electra and at 2480 for them since I'm actually using their 3* armor instead of the officer outfit.
From playing, generally yes, bullets hurt a lot. Armor points matter, but the base defense and HP of the girl as well.
For example my Electra at level 8 has 1040 base HP and 560 base defense.
Cela at level 8 has 1360 HP and 670 base defense.
Also, there's a level recommended indicator for each story mission as well. Chapter 14 has a recommended level of 17 and all my girls are 8-11.
I find myself dying in a single assault rifle or machine gun burst incredibly often. Not even to mention the constant rocket launchers and grenades.
For the tank, remember you can strafe. Right before it starts firing its machinegun, run back and forth between the two standing points. If you're lucky and time it right only 1 bullet should clip you as switch directions.

Regarding assault rifles I don't think there are besides the M16(3*) and G11(2*). Might change if I get even further in the story and it turns out there's more 5* weapons.
I've been managing so far with just the M16, M500, and Stinger though. The biggest roadblock seems to be not dying rather than not doing enough damage.
Mero's character daily should be coming up though. Today's Cela, yesterday was Aru, day before that was Electra, and the day before that was Tayu.
Which just leaves Maia, Astero, and Mero for the next 3 days.
Their 5* weapons cost only 250k, but I'm not quite sure how the drop mechanics in the missions work. It seems the first clear of each mission always drops a blueprint though. Further drops seem to vary wildly, I think there might only be a chance if there's another actual player in the same mission for repeat clears.
It might be when a character's daily rotates back in though that the guaranteed drop on first clear resets.

In a tunnel intersection with 3 corridors connecting. You need to move to face each corridor and our completely blind to the other 2. You have jackshit for cover. Enemies come at you from all directions. Half of them are using rocket launchers.
