In the industry where consumer fraud is a day-to-day practice, all that shit doesn't really matter. Companies are looking for the biggest profit while being able to get away with their manipulation. Console market is perfect for that. PC were always different in terms of "philosophy".
Aside from the nitpickers and naysayers, the average user there tend to be much more demanding and vocal about their criticism. Meanwhile due to the outdated API's and technical issues it's harder to develop for PC, not to mention how harder to define the potential audience there.
